Terms & Refund Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

1. What the service does

ResumePH takes information you provide — typed in or extracted from a PDF or DOCX you upload — and formats it into a resume laid out for the Philippine job market, including formats oriented to overseas (DMW), BPO, healthcare, maritime, IT, hospitality, and fresh-graduate applications.

2. Preview before you pay

You see your finished resume before paying. After you submit your details we generate a complete, watermarked preview at no charge. The ₱100 fee applies only when you choose to download the clean, unwatermarked file. If the preview is not what you wanted, you can simply close the page and you will not be charged.

3. Price and payment

The fee is a one-time ₱100 per resume download. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is by credit or debit card, or by scanning a QR Ph code, and is processed by our third-party payment provider — we never see or store your card details.

4. Refund policy

Because you get a full preview before paying, most issues are avoided before any money changes hands. That said, we will refund your ₱100 in full if:

  • You were charged but the download never became available;
  • You were charged more than once for the same resume; or
  • The delivered file is corrupted, blank, or materially different from the preview you approved.

How to request one: email support@resumephilippines.com within 7 days of payment, quoting your reference number (format RPH-XXXXXXXX). Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, typically within 5–10 banking days depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.

We generally cannot refund a resume that was previewed, approved, and downloaded as described, or a change of mind about wording or design after download — that is what the free preview is for. This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide truthful information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of everything in your resume.
  • Submit only your own information, or information you are authorised to use.
  • Review the finished resume before sending it to any employer or agency.

6. What we do not promise

We format resumes; we do not place people in jobs. We are not a recruitment agency and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by the DMW, POEA, PRC, MARINA, TESDA, OWWA, or any government body. References to those bodies describe the formatting conventions their processes tend to expect — they are not certifications, and no agency certifies resume formats.

We cannot guarantee an interview, a job offer, deployment, or that any employer or applicant tracking system will accept a given file. Requirements differ between employers and agencies and change over time; verify current requirements with the relevant body before submitting.

7. Availability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Where the service fails and you have paid, section 4 applies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the resume concerned. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Intellectual property

The resume content you supply remains yours. The finished resume is yours to use however you wish. The site, its layout, and its templates remain ours.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
